Apart from this the SRS does not share any of your personal information with any third party.

At the same the SRS is keen to encourage the exchange of information between members. When you first join the SRS we will, if you consent to it, publish your name, address and any interests you outline, in The Signalling Record, and also include those details in a Membership Directory, which may be made available to members from time to time in either hard-copy or electronic (PDF) format. This can put you in touch with other members who share your interest. Please indicate your choice by selecting as appropriate below ***.

Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the UK tax you pay for the current tax year.

A little reminder: The Membership Secretary can only start the process of admitting you into membership when he is in possession of both a completed application form and either a cheque or other confirmation of payment. As some aspects of the process rely on postal rather than electronic communication and actions by more than one Society Officer, there may be short delay before he receives all the relevant documentation.
