Photographic Collection

The SRS Collection of negatives and slides has been obtained to enable them to reach a wider audience; to this end the collection has been catalogued and copies may be viewed or printed from this web site.

The Catalogues

The catalogue is divided into two sections. Section 1 covers England, Scotland and Wales. Section 2 covers the whole of Ireland plus a number of other countries world wide. There are also smaller catalogues covering just parts of the collection and a short location summary. Click on the links to view the Catalogue.

The Ken Booth collection is composed of colour slides, the others being black & white negatives.

The catalogues are in Adobe Acrobat™ (PDF) format. If you haven't already obtained it, the Acrobat™ Reader program can be downloaded from here. Alternatively the Summary may be obtained in printed form in return for a Stamped Self Addressed Envelope of at least A5 size from the Photographic Agent at 10 Swallow Court, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 1NP

The catalogues include the reference numbers that are used to order the prints. Parts 1 to 6 are also available from the Photographic Agent priced £2 each (inc. p &p) or all six at £10.50 (inc. p & p). If ordering from outside the UK, please add £2.50 postage per catalogue order and send payment by International Money Order (IMO) drawn in pounds Sterling (£).

Ordering Prints

The SRS Photographic Collection is in the custody of Kidderminster Railway Museum (KRM). Digitally printed copies of the photographs may be purchased from the Museum. Please email them at krm@krm.org.uk for more information.
