The first volume of John Swift’s layout plans of the 1950s follows the West Coast main line of the former London & North Western Railway from London Euston to the north end of Crewe station at Coppenhall Junction. On the way we take in the Willesden, Watford, Bletchley, Rugby, and Stafford areas and the smaller signal boxes in between.
If you are not sure whether the location that interests you is in this volume or a different one, a combined index of all the locations in the series can be downloaded from our main web site entirely free of charge.
This is an A4 card covered book with, generally, more than 1 diagram per page.
