The scope is quite wide ranging from the Stanmore, Rickmansworth & St. Albans lines at the London end; Aylesbury and Dunstable, Oxford and Cambridge (The Varsity Line), Northampton loop across to the outskirts of Peterborough and back to Rugby; then northward to Nuneaton, Leicester and Saxondale Junction.
